Amy Leach enjoys collaborating with children, adolescents, adults and couples, using a strengths based approach. She works to understand each person's unique intersecting identities and cultural values. ​

​Amy is in network with BCBS and Duke Student Health Plans and out of network with all other insurance panels. Amy also offers sliding scale options and can help you file with your insurance provider for out of network insurance benefits. 

Amy received her MSW from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2004. She uses primarily ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) with psychodynamic and family systems lenses. Amy has been providing Brief Therapy to college students for 9 years, and before that worked in community mental health with children, adolescents, adults and families. Amy is currently the Assistant Coordinator of Training for Social Work Practicum, Referral Coordinator, and Clinical Social Worker.
