Dr. Alicia "Leesh" Holod, PhD, RN, PMHNP-BC (she/her) is a white, cishet, neurodivergent clinician from Cleveland, Ohio.

As a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Leesh's approach to treatment encompasses both medication management and psychotherapeutic support – utilizing current evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed care framework. Leesh’s areas of expertise include substance use, dual diagnosis, victimization, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders. She offers comprehensive care to clients of all ages and identities – with additional focus on the LGBTQIA+
community.

As a harm reductionist, Leesh believes in meeting clients where they are, and helping clients work towards meeting their own goals when they are ready. Through her practice, Alicia aims to foster an inclusive and supportive environment which affirms the diverse identities and experiences of everyone. Leesh integrates a deep commitment and respect for all bodies, body neutrality and gender experience into her work and works hard to provide inclusive and affirming care to all of her clients.
