I am a LCSW that specializes in working with people in the LGBTQ+ community, and people who have experienced trauma. I have experience working in both hospital and community based domestic and sexual violence organizations, and have a particular interest in how trauma shows up in mind, body, relationships, and community. I consider myself a lifelong learner, and believe in the power of respectful curiosity. In working with clients, I often utilize IFS, EMDR, and a psychodynamic approach. In my free time I enjoy gardening, reading, and making art.
