I am a white, queer, cisgender counselor who was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. I am licensed to provide psychotherapy in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I am only able to provide telehealth services to folx located in South Carolina.​

I believe in warmth, non-judgement, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. My goal is to meet clients where they are, identify strengths, and lay a foundation for safety and trust so clients can be vulnerable. I enjoy working with folx seeking support for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, self esteem concerns, relationship issues, identity issues, and life transitions.

I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ folx, as well as other historically oppressed groups. I strive to bring authenticity and humility into the counseling relationship, and I feel honored to accompany people on their journeys towards growth and self-acceptance.
