I am Black queer Nigerian American born and raised in North Carolina. I love it here.

Providing therapy for underserved communities has been a dream since adolescence and so it is a sincere pleasure to be at this point in my journey with you.

I am committed to cultivating a holistic therapeutic practice that centers Black LGBTQIA individuals and families.

As a community organizer, trainer and facilitator for the past decade, my commitment to building power alongside the most oppressed communities to create change deeply shapes my therapeutic practice. I am committed to building a trauma informed practice which involves an array of culturally competent methods that can best serve you. I look forward to being a part of your journey in healing, growth, struggle, and transformation.

Outside of therapy I enjoy museums, live music, and great dance parties. Home cooked food and quality time with friends are just a couple of ways I stay grounded.

I hope to work with you soon.
